myDiary プライバシーポリシー
myDiary（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。 本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 日記データ
投稿本文、画像、関連情報およびデータベースは、利用者の端末内に保存されます。 開発者が運営するサーバーへの日記データの送信や保存は行いません。 利用者が書き出したDiary Packageも、利用者が選択した保存先に保存されます。
2. 外部サイトへの通信
利用者が投稿にURLを入力した場合、本アプリはリンク先の情報や画像を取得するため、 そのWebサイトへ通信することがあります。また、利用者がリンクを開いた場合は、 ブラウザまたは対応する外部アプリが起動します。これらの通信には、接続先サービス のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
3. サブスクリプション
購入、支払い、契約状態の管理はAppleのApp StoreおよびStoreKitによって処理されます。 本アプリは機能の提供に必要な契約状態を確認しますが、クレジットカード番号などの 支払い情報を取得または保存しません。
4. 解析、広告および追跡
本アプリは、広告SDK、アクセス解析SDKまたは利用者を追跡する仕組みを使用しません。 開発者は、本アプリを通じて個人情報や利用状況を収集しません。
5. データの保持と削除
端末内のデータは、利用者が本アプリ上で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストール するまで保持されます。書き出したDiary Packageは、本アプリとは別に利用者自身で 削除できます。本アプリは開発者のサーバーに利用者データを保持しないため、 開発者に対する削除依頼は通常必要ありません。
6. ポリシーの変更
機能や法令の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、このページまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

myDiary Privacy Policy
myDiary (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Diary data
Post text, images, related information, and the database are stored locally on your device. The App does not send or store diary data on a server operated by the developer. Exported Diary Packages are stored only in locations selected by you.
2. Connections to external websites
When you enter a URL in a post, the App may connect to that website to retrieve link information or images. Opening a link launches a browser or a compatible external app. Those connections are governed by the privacy policy of the destination service.
3. Subscriptions
Purchases, payments, and subscription management are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The App checks subscription status to provide purchased features, but it does not receive or store payment information such as credit card numbers.
4. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or user-tracking technologies. The developer does not collect personal information or usage data through the App.
5. Data retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. Exported Diary Packages can be deleted separately by you. Because the developer does not retain your data on a developer server, a deletion request to the developer is normally unnecessary.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the App’s features or applicable laws change. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
